This time lapse occurred afterwards because the Dems had to wait until 7 o'clock to know who voted and who did not, then used an algorithm to calculate how many more votes were needed for Biden before they could create these fake votes that's why they couldn't steal this beforehand. The Dems printed extra ballot papers, not knowing the official ballot papers had a non-radioactive isotope watermark on them! Intel dropped by Dr Steve Pieczenik about watermarked ballots in the War Room is confirmed. It's official! One America News Network (OAN) reported that Sidney Powell's legal team found that the fake ballots used different paper and were identified by dark grey watermarks as opposed to the transparent ones on the real ballots. I can't find that clip from OAN but will post it if I locate it.
And the watermarks came with a serial number embedded in them that can only be seen via infrared, verified by Amy Coney Barrett before the election. They can track official votes on Ethereum and EOS blockchains all the way back to the person. The Department of Homeland Security printed the official ballots, their cyber security agency controlled their production and all original legitimate ballots were registered on the new Quantum Voting Blockchain system to prevent fraud. In 2016 they didn't have that. During the summer of 2020, President Trump appointed a new Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy, and he took office. The President needed someone reliable and on his side, who would enforce this Blockchain technology so the US Postal Service, a government entity, now owns it. That's because a lot of the people who were going to be complicit in the election fraud would be the postal service employees and this ensured they would have no way out. The US Postal Service pulled a sting on its own employees who were trashing ballots, not knowing that these were on the very sophisticated Blockchain. When you cast your vote, even if it gets changed, by you or anyone else, it is flagged up on the system. All missing stolen and faked ballot papers will be completely exposed, illegal ballots identified and the fraudsters can be prosecuted. Also satellites and drones overhead were filming where exactly they knew cheating was occurring. They are able to detect where missing ballots went, even up to the Mexican border where fraudsters were going to ditch them out there. After locating the missing ballots and weeding out all the counterfeit ones, it shows a massive Trump landslide like no one has ever seen before of about 80% and he's got both Houses. A clear red tsunami. The National Guard are there to verify watermark ballots, and the counterfeit ones go on the junk pile; whoever created them and ran that operation have to be arrested and that includes poll workers that oversee function during election. The US Postal Service holds the patent on Blockchain, catches employees tossing ballots, employees get exposed. The FBI (the President wants to fire Wray) and Department of Justice go after any violators who caused voter suppression. Lawsuits, evidence on corrupt attorney generals and courts, governors, mayors that oversee the poll workers not complying with the law - get exposed. And they are saying 9 million votes were missing in California, 3 million missing in Virginia, both CIA places, and Colorado. And there were five states that had more votes than there were people in those states. Everyone is going to find out what has been done. Those that had been letting this happen, those who controlled and funded this swindle, will be arrested. It goes to the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the land. A woman monitoring the vote count in Detroit asserted that at least 130,000 ballots for Biden were snuck in in vehicles at 4 am. Ballots were stolen from mailboxes in Arizona, boards were put up in Pennsylvania so people couldn't look through the windows. Blacking out windows is NEVER done in polling stations, the whole point of an election is transparency. People started tweeting and posting about this on Facebook and YouTube.Trump tweeted about this and Twitter went total and utter Orwell, completely over the top, and started banning his tweets. Other people re-tweeted his tweets for him and Twitter covered them up with their label "The accuracy of this is disputed". If or when they ban Trump then they will really be exposing themselves. Then the CDC changed their Covid rule and said "Even if you are in quarantine you can go out to vote". After votes were cast in one county, over 6000 votes for Trump glitched over into Biden votes. Glitched! Only these were not 'glitches'. Glitches do not just go in one direction only. This was a computer program called Scorecard designed to do that without us knowing. It does it so fast we can't even detect it during the actual counting. This technology is designed to rig elections. To tally up the votes, the ballot machines used this Hammer and Scorecard software made by a company called Dominion. This software was used in counties all over America and it altered millions of votes after being cast. Dennis Montgomery who created the Hammer system has blown the whistle and exposed this fraud. General Flynn's attorney, Sydney Powell, said that they discovered an algorithm that calculated how many votes Biden needed to win. They found that the machines were transferring votes from Trump to Biden. That's why we saw votes for Trump go down and votes for Biden go up in various states while they did 'recounts'. That's how they were able to call states ten minutes after the election closed. Sidney Powell has SO MUCH information on them, and the Department of Justice does also. Some states just went ahead and certified Biden as the winner for that state, Georgia being one of them, and in doing that, they are certifying their own fraud as there is direct evidence of how the fraud was carried out and Sidney stated that the first state she was going to blow up was Georgia. She estimated that Biden had probably at least ten million fraudulent votes flipped to his side by the algorithm used by Dominion, and several million votes of dead people. Well Sidney has made good on her promise. She has filed a lawsuit against Georgia! This lawsuit will get the attention and exposure that's needed to expose more election fraud that's been going on. You need to show there was a crime, that the election was manipulated, then you can follow the Constitution. Sidney was never part of Trump's team, she works with the military. There are have two teams: one is taking the law book route guided by the Constitution, and that is Trump's legal team, with Rudy Giuliani and others. The other is working separately, to show the crime, and that is Sidney Powell's team, with Lin Wood and others. One aspect is pursuing a civil path and the other is a governmental military operation. Having separate teams shows that there are legitimate aspects of this government in different forms doing their jobs that are all coming to the same conclusion. It helps to take away the mainstream media's narrative telling everyone that Trump is a liar and a dictator who has his hands on everything. TWO executive orders foreshadow what's to come in both the short and long term. The first of the two was signed by President Trump on 12th September 2018. It imposes sanctions in the event of foreign interference in a US election and it opened with: "I Donald Trump President of the United States of America find that the ability of the persons located in whole or substantial part of the outside of the United States who interfere in or undermine confidence in the United States elections through the unauthorised accessing of election and campaign infrastructure for the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States. Though there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome of vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America's free and open political system in recent years. The proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I HEREBY DECLARE A NATIONAL EMERGENCY TO DEAL WITH THIS THREAT". This national emergency was never deactivated! We have been in a state of National Emergency for the last two years ever since this was ACTIVATED on 12th September 2018! A state of National Emergency called by the President of America that relates specifically to foreign persons and/or states interfering in election and campaign infrastructure including the use of propaganda and disinformation. It relates specifically to an election. And it relates to individuals within the United States who are helping foreign individuals, companies, corporations or governments have an effect on the outcome of an election. We have had foreign tampering in the election, we have China, Russia, Germany involved, and we have proof of it which makes this election null and void. There is a bankrupt Spanish company called Scytl that's co-owned by Spain's prime minister Sanchez, purposefully creates alarmingly hackable voter systems for counting American votes in America. It was created out of a cartography programme at the University of Barcelona, and links back to George Soros sitting on the same boards that Soros's family members sit. Scytl is located in Barcelona. Spain! Its machines are built in such a away that allows the software to have backdoors into the system, something they learned with the Hilary Clinton debacle in 2016 because that election was rigged and fixed in advance for her. Their entire future hung on Hilary winning that election and they were certain of it. They never ever thought she would lose. They infused a mammoth amount of votes for Hilary to comfortably give her the win without making it look too rigged. They have been changing the votes for over twenty years! Every presidential election for the last two decades we have not got the president that was voted for. Clinton never won, Bush never won, Obama never won. The reason Trump got in was they knew the cabal was going to rig the election again, they had to take control of the voting machines this time and hack the hackers, for him to do the house cleaning he has done so that now they can let it go and prove the felonies of all the voter fraud that they have been doing for over twenty years. Trump reached into the hearts of the average American, into anyone that was really awake who saw the beauty of his message in the draining of the swamp. People responded in such a way that the cabal were not prepared for, and the people voted with hope. This year they voted with certainty. The cabal were not going to make the same mistake twice for this election... as soon as Trump was winning they shut down the election coverage and at 4 am the next morning they went into all of these buildings whether via cyber means or physically, and used their algorithm to target large blocks of votes in each of these swing states and flipped them. A genius patriot named Edward Solomon discovered the exact algorithm that Dominion used to transfer millions of votes. And so 0% of votes went to Trump and 100% went to Biden, all of them, massively outperforming Hilary when next to nobody showed up at his rallies. That software they used for the machines to enable fraud, Hammer and Scorecard from Dominion, created by foreign money, is co-owned and controlled by Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, and the Clintons and George Soros, and Mitt Romney is connected too. Dominion is a Canadian company. Canada! The Covid figures worldwide come out of Dominion in Canada!!! And Dominion is owned by Smartmatic which is a Venezuelan company. Venezuela! Smartmatic designed the software for the Dominion voting systems, Smartmatic is owned and controlled by George Soros and Bill Gates, and a man named Lord Malik Brown sits on the executive board of the George Soros Open Society Foundation. (Update: there has now conveniently been a huge factory fire in Venezuela. They burnt all the Dominion machines.) President Trump put together a taskforce to locate where the servers would be that run the software for the Scytl voting machines. Through the joint effort of the US military and the German government (the latter compromised, forced to cooperate, guilty of crimes against children), we find out that the greatest concentration of servers are at the CIA headquarters in Frankfurt. Germany! The company that made the servers was co-owned by Angela Merkel. We find out that China paid Dominion. China!
As this insanity absolutely does constitute a threat to the national security of America, President Trump quite rightly called a state of National Emergency. It is not a Constitution right now, we are in a state of emergency. What has been done is an absolute mess beyond description. No official winner yet as the recount goes on. For the last twenty five months President Trump has been prepared for this, he has had America in preparation for this election. It is not only America that has been prone to national security threats. Worldwide votes have been faked as well. This voter fraud system has been used for the past twenty years in every country on earth. In Venezuela, Smartmatic (from Dominion) influenced Venezuelan elections to get Hugo Chavez into power with his communistic regime, all funded by George Soros. Then the election in Venezuela was rigged so that Nicolas Maduro would win, when he actually lost by 70%. Dominion rigged the election result in Brazil, Central and South America, and they rigged it in Canada to make sure Trudeau got in, who lost by a similar percentage, using Dominion and Smartmatic System, that's the only explanation for Trudeau. They have rigged the election results throughout the Caribbean, throughout Western Africa, and throughout Europe. They tried to rig the Brexit result in the UK but got the numbers wrong, they underestimated how many people wanted out. Elections were rigged in the Philippines during the Clinton administration. A piece of correspondence has come to light dated 17th May 2000 between Laura Graham and Bob Nash the Senior Advisor and others talking about how James Lee Witt spoke to president Clinton about a company they were working with that does "successful elections" in underdeveloped countries and developing countries. Quotes from the memo: "Their name is Smartmatic", "they have just completed a successful election in the Philippines", "they also have extensive experience in many places", "they are one of the top three most successful companies in the world in this kind of work" and "James Lee will ask if the president has time to meet with them and hear their thought on the Haiti elections". The entire global electoral system has been compromised by George Soros's money, along with Bill Gates, including Barack Obama who met with the CEOs of many of these corporations in Silicon Valley. Furthermore, the Department of Homeland Security teamed with Big Tech and the Soros swamp via an NGO called Voting Works, and their software is called Arlo. Neffenger is a retired vice admiral of the US coast guard who specialises in quantum cyber security and quantum cryptography. He is an expert in quantum mechanics, and quantum cognitional thinking, into manipulating the psychology of a voter. They are not just managing software, Neffenger is also connected through his family to the infrastructure of the Cyber Security Agency which President Trump signed into law in 2018. In May 2010, Dominion acquired Premiere Election Solutions. Now the Election System Solution software company had to sell off Premiere Election Solutions because the US Department of Justice went after them for anti-trust violation. Staple Street Capital Equity firm is a private equity firm out of New York City which bought Dominion in 2018, in preparation for the 3rd November 2020 election! The founders of Dominion, John Poulos who is a proxy CEO of the Dominion Corporation, is also an expert in cyber security and and quantum cognitional thinking, thereby manipulating the psyche of the voter, and he got his education and political foundation from the Institute for European Administration which is a think-tank of MI5 and MI6 throughout Europe. The second man who co-founded the Dominion systems is James Hoover, and he is connected to Canadian Intelligence through their cyber security section and sits on the board of the Venezuelan corporation, Smartmatic and he too is another expert specialising in quantum cognitional thinking. John Poulos and James Hoover have been manipulating the American psyche to see Trump as a racist and the cause of Covid-19 and Biden as a saviour. A bishop called Larry Larry Gaiters has revealed the involvement of the World Council of Churches in all this, how this Institute for European Administration is run by Dr Andreas Jacobs part of the World Bank and connected with the Council of World Churches. The Council of World Churches is led by Dr Akim Adebayo who runs the Strength and Diversity Development Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. The World Council of Churches have backed Biden and indirectly influenced this election. They were created by the Rothschilds in 1948 to influence Christian organisations. The World Council of Churches were formerly called the League of Churches in conjunction with the United Nations that were formerly called the League of Nations. This World Council of Churches own America's national council of black pastors. They control over 5 million pastors among 110 countries around the world. In 2019, 135,000 pastors signed on the dotted line along with the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, giving the Federal Government the legal right to use their church as a FEMA camp AND backing the Contract Tracing Bill which Biden would have pushed if he were your president. And these 135,000 very corrupt pastors were paid to tell their congregations: "Don't vote for the racist" referring to President Trump. A Christian magazine in 2019 told the American public and the Church not to vote for Trump. In February 2010 Barack Obama through the pulpit was using black pastors to influence the black vote. All this this explains the brainwashing of the black collective around this past election and how so many African-American pastors have been supporting Biden. In January 2008 and in January of 2020, the US Election Assistance Commission held the "Voting System Testing and Certification" Conference in Washington DC on "election certification". The attendees were members of the Dominion Voting Group John Poulos, and members of a corporation from Texas, and the Elections Systems Corporation, and John Groh and Steven Pearson of Elections Systems and Software, and Andy Rogers, and Wes Taylor of the Georgia Elections Division, John Burgess Secretary of State of Pennsylvania. At both conferences, in 2020 and the one in 2008, were Christopher Thomas head of the Michigan Bureau of Elections, and Mr Hein, head of the Wisconsin Government accountability for elections, and Ryan High of the Nevada Secretary of State office. They were at that meeting organise a plan to rig this 2020 election. Now we find out that Mark Zuckerberg the Facebook owner funnelled $350 million into the Democratic Party. The amount of stuff pouring out is incredible. It goes deeper. The acronym "SOS" from the Morse Code designed by Samuel Morse in the 1830s doesn't mean "Save Our Souls". It actually means Secretary of State! Samuel Morse developed the SOS telecommunications apparatus in the 1830s through the "Morse Code" which was a single-wired telegraph system that influenced elections, as early as the 1830s! Samuel Morse was a Rothschild agent, paid by the Rothschilds to manipulate the American elections and the electorate from the 1830s-1840s through this Morse Code alphabet which had dots or dashes or watermarks which manipulate communication and date. Morse sent out decoded messages to election officials from Washington DC to Baltimore stating to stop counting the votes, in order to manipulate the outcome. The Morse Code specialises in quantum communication, quantum cognition and quantum social science which Cambridge Analytics have specialised in, quantum mind control, quantum behavioural modification, and quantum consciousness, the quantum state of entanglement, it is the same Gustav Perception that Barack Obama, Bill Gates, George Soros used. The Samuel Morse papers can be viewed through the National Academy of Design or the Library of Congress. Voter fraud occurred in 2018, politicians Maxine Waters and Adam Schiff, Schumer, etc., did not win, they were put in. It didn't matter who you voted for, they put in whoever they wanted. Now, you can't find somebody guilty of a crime until they have committed it and we are going to have voter fraud proven - let it happen, and say "This is what they're doing". By letting it go. Just like you can't chase a thief off to prevent him from stealing your car then call the police on the guy and expect them to believe the evidence of the crime in you saying "I saw him trying to steal my car" - you still have your car. You have to let the crime occur. Just like mice led to the cheese. Then you gather your evidence of the crime that occurred.
So, this Executive Order of 12th September 2018. It gave President Trump the right to have the US Treasury seize all assets of any individual, company, corporation or body, that is operating within the United States for the purpose of any crime relating to election fraud, and any subterfuge causing people not to turn out to vote, as they tried to do with the lockdowns. All of their assets will be seized! So they can't fund this activity anymore! Every single penny and all of the gold and silver they have stolen for so many years, has been sucked back out of these demons. Now it will all go back to where it belongs. The Executive Order goes into great detail in terms of who has the power, including Homeland Security, to be able to do whatever is necessary to prevent and/or record what these foreign persons corporations and governments are doing in an American election and they have done that. The other Executive Order was issued on 2nd November 2020. It establishes the President's Advisory 1776 Commission. It's a COMM (military communication) and a mission. The Q phenomenon is a dissemination of military Intel to critical thinkers that came out in 2017 and Q is the seventeenth letter of the alphabet. In ancient cultures the letter Q symbolised action, in particular taking action on behalf of God. A kind of divine intervention, and sacred secret mission. Seven is a number of divinity, and seventeen is a number of acting on behalf of God's will which we see in a powerful way in the 45th President. The Constitution of America was signed in 1776. This was America's attempt to create freedom when America was being bullied by the British Monarchy that wanted to make her a worker slave. The Founding Fathers knew that election fraud like this could happen and they put safeguards into place. The spirit of this number seventeen was freedom or die, they went to war for this freedom which time and time again they have defended and which was silently being taken away from them. But no longer. House governors are in deep doo-doo. They've done it themselves, everything they've done is illegal, it's a matter of letting them collapse. Four low-level campaign workers face anywhere from 6 months to 99 years in prison for 147 felony counts of voter fraud. The Councilman for Cincinnati, Jeff Pastor, has been arrested; he had been trading votes for cash bribes, collecting $55K from undercover FBI agents.
