Summer of Discontent: What Was Behind The UK Riots

This was a set-up. Triggered by the problem of austerity measures and the assassination of Mark Duggan in Tottenham, then the beating of a 16 year old girl that people have seen on YouTube, got people’s goats. The official claim that Duggan fired on the police is not true. He was assassinated with a police issue bullet, a dumb-dumb bullet, which is illegal under the Geneva Convention and last used in an assassination six years ago of Charles D’Menzies. The night after, the ripple effect all over London resulted in a looting spree. The police could easily have stopped this, yet were ordered to stand back and observe. Basically let this happen. Then there is the reaction. It gets labelled as ‘anarchy’ in the press. The public want the police to ‘do something’, even saying they want hanging to be brought back to the people who riot and loot. They react by demanding stronger action: ‘the police aren’t up to the job’; ‘we’ve got to have the army on the street’. And there’s your solution offered: a poll in The Sun saying that 70% of the people polled in favour of the idea of the use of live ammunition on the looters. There’s your Hegelian Dialectic. Which is what the government wanted in the first instance, but the whole game had to be played out. They say Blackberry Messenger played a role. I doubt that most of those rioters owned a Blackberry. Research in Motion (RIM), the makers of Blackberry, said it would assist police with their investigation. A group called Team Poison warned them off, saying innocent people would be arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and owing a Blackberry. Two young men drunk one night decided they were going to try and riot in Warrington and put a Facebook page up calling for it, but when they sobered up the next day and saw it wasn’t a smart idea, they didn’t bother turning up, and took the page down. They still got arrested for it, and were sentenced to four years. The riots are a pretext for internet crackdown. RIM will continue spying on conversations. More than 20,000 UK families have CCTV installed in their bedrooms. Rioting has going on in Spain, one was outside a Bank of Santander, and all around the world and Libya parallels Spain with African mercenaries causing upheaval – provocateurs - tearing up businesses, etc. In Libya, Israel hired 50 thousand mercenaries to ‘quell the protests’ there. The only violence being perpetrated there was that done by those mercenaries. In Greece there was a mainstream news reporter who followed a provocateur. After torching buildings and kiosks this provocateur went behind the police lines where the police were handing him cups of coffee. The reporter filmed it and went on National Greek Television, as first-hand testimony of how agents provocateurs go behind the police lines and are buddy-buddy with the police. Every police force in the western world has its own special unit that train agents provocateurs, and the same applies in Britain. These are people hired to stir up youngsters in the local areas and provocateur rioters. They position themselves within a crowd as ringleader and lead the crowd down dead-end roads where they are met by a line of mounted police who then charge into the crowd. Even though it’s going on now it’s nothing new, in Britain this kind of street warfare tactic has been going on for more than a century and the first police force was called the Bo Street Runners. They are a privately employed Gestapo, an army of thugs who are usually police or military, and that is what they have always been. They assume the appearance of the working-class and don tracksuits, hoodies, etc. Their job is to protect the elite by disrupting and corralling crowds who take to the streets to march peacefully in a protest. The crowd follows a ‘leader’ who snuck into the milieu and is herded into a blind alley. If you go to any peaceful demonstration don’t trust anyone who starts rioting or encourages others to. Ask yourself who they are and why are they doing it when it is handing all the aces to the state to impose Martial Law. People must understand the back agenda behind this chaos. We don’t need protection from the public. We need protection from our ‘security’ services. At the G20 Summit a couple of people fell over. The press took photographs. They had, on the soles of the boots they were wearing, brand new price tags from a place that supplies police equipment. They were police issue boots.

An very iconic photograph, the one at the top of this post under the title, appeared all over the front pages of two or three tabloid newspapers, a rioter youth walking past a scene that was set ablaze, which could be examined in detail blowing the picture up. The guy was plainly wearing brand new trainers and a brand new tracksuit. He was masked and gloved. There appeared to be some regulation in the apparel – black or grey hoodies, a ski mask or scarf across the face. They didn’t look casual, but rather like the togs were dished out to them before going out on the streets. A photograph of a fire in Tottenham set on Carpet Right showed it to look more like an incendiary device or military attack on a building than arson. Useful idiots - and knowing professional agitators - are primed to instigate the riots and they egg on the mindless who believe they are challenging the state. In Britain you’ve always had opportunistic youths that just loot, and this has happened before time after time. Kids smashing up shops and the police doing nothing about and it getting all over the papers of Britain, as though they were being allowed to smash up shopping malls – is a PHOTO OPPORTUNITY. On a mass scale our brains are being herded down a chosen alley by propaganda. The police can get more money from this opportunity too as they can negotiate for it, and use chemical weapons. The corrupt government can spread CCTVs everywhere helped by the riots they have instigated to justify an agenda to cross privacy lines for the ‘greater good’. Why has Britain got violence on the streets now? The international banking system has collapsed – all illusion? There’s no such thing as ‘National debt’ - and every such thing as Fiat money. (Do a YouTube search for ‘The Money Masters’.) Public money is going to the banks repaying fraudulent debt owed to private international bankers. We could solve all problems tomorrow by saying that all debt to the international banking cartel is cancelled but they won’t. What’s not an illusion are the austerity measures we do have. Instead of earning and spending money people are working hard and having their blood leeched out of them to survive. They have created slaves, and now you’re not going to be able to retire when you’re 60, or 65, possibly still being forced to work until the age of 72. And everything is going up. Especially gas! They are trying to push us and push us and push us to the very edge to where we WILL riot and it’s crucial we do not do that, yet we should stand our ground. Prescient warnings of ‘do not riot, that’s what they want’ came from truth researchers and Military veterans who have read Soviet documents. However some believe that the powers who are orchestrating the violence on the streets have lost their control of the collapse of the financial system and it is now driving them. They haven’t got much time left to get on with their plan. They are forced to hurry it through. The authorities want people to riot to provide the excuse for world police force implementing total global tyranny. People who riot out of desperation are giving them what they are seeking, and they are invariably instigated by agent provocateurs. The existing order was created by the same elite families that seek to create the new one out of engineered turmoil and chaos. They need violence on the streets to enact the Civil Contingencies Act that introduces curfews, jail without trial, and stops people meetings in groups, and justifies bringing the army on the streets or foreign troops into a country. It is a parallel of Hitler’s Enabling Act. In the US, in Washington a bill numbered H.R. 645 is being passed 'to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centres on military installations'. A world police state will activate camps officially called 'military installations' run by the Federal Emergency Management Agency for ‘dissidents’. They are concentration camps and other countries will have them prepared also. The first category of camps that are being used in Britain to house so-called illegal immigrants are a number of large holding centres. And military facilities that have been decommissioned for the British armed forces, which everyone thinks are derelict or going to be sold off, are suddenly receiving money and being refurbished. There are military personnel and police officers expressing their concerns about them.

They need our cooperation by rioting and reacting and walking into the trap that has been waiting for them. The government and military agent provocateurs know this, but the useful idiots don’t. It’s time they did. Violent revolutions just lead to one tyranny being replaced by another, official or unofficial, to subsistute the one that fell, as what was killed by violence is replaced by the same energy. The radicals and extreme political 'Lefties' or ‘Righties’ that think they are bringing down the establishment are naive and played like a violin, and dumb sheep can be dangerous. They are being corralled in to provide the violence and chaos that rounds the masses up on the road to a world army, single world currency, micro chipping, GPS, CCTV in your bedroom - a tyranny. It’s a template. David Cameron is related to the Queen of England. He’s something like the third nephew removed. He’s royal aristocrat and went to Eaton and the Bullingdon Club. He’s bloodline and is the mouthpiece for the Royal Political elite. This riots situation is the perfect opportunity that conveniently takes media scrutiny off of him about his involvement with Andy Corson and the phone hacking scandal. He’s carrying on where Tony Blair left off, in his mission to destroy the social fabric of Britain. Cameron is not telling you the truth about the fraud of the banks and is assisting them. When Blair left office there Gordon Brown took over but couldn’t handle the job. Now it’s the next puppet’s turn, and it’s Cameron’s job to push an agenda to establish private armies and foreign police on British streets. He is fawning over bringing in a US cop, Bill Bratton, who has collaborated with British police for years, over to the Met to be a senior police officer. It’s a lead up to winning the British public’s trust and acceptance by choosing a Yank, because he’s friendly, and Brits would be distrustful of bringing German/Eastern European police here. It harks back to the war days. It’s a foot in the door in a very major step to bring in the Europol later. Private security firms will then collaborate with police and Bratton is involved with Diligence, a major security firm. Diligence has been involved in having members posing as official agents to get information. Look into Diligence and Michael Howard. Police officers who have been coming out of the woodwork have reported seeing radical changes in policing occurring. Training is being assisted by Eastern Europeans working through police training colleges, by Eurogenfor. It isn’t about the Tories, LibDems or Labour, all of them are rotten. Troops from Britain are being sent to Afghanistan where the boys are killing or being killed. Out the country, and lacking in troops, the idea is whipped up that we need to get more troops into Britain for the streets to deal with trouble. They can then say they have to bring in European troops because they haven’t got enough troops. There have been many mass protests over the years around the world and yet everything just goes on the same - wars, globalisation. Mass non-cooperation with the system is far more effective. We need to start doing what will actually make a difference. We need to come together good-humouredly in mutual support, love, kindness and empathy and meet this challenge together but minus the burning and looting and violent resistance. They have their military and 'Swat' teams to deal with that. Rioting is just the polar oppo-same as doing nothing, both sides of the same coin. The authorities want both. Their worst nightmare is our refusal to pay taxes; refusal to leave homes when banks foreclose on them; refusal to join the military, especially if they try to introduce the Draft; refusal to do the compulsory 'community service' for young people that the US and UK governments want to introduce; a refusal to join Obama's planned civilian security force that gets people to police each other for the Elite (those ‘peacekeepers’ on the streets in the economic collapse and civil unrest); and just refuse to comply with anything that enslaves you and your fellow human beings. Refuse to accept laws that ban assembly by turning up to the place in massive numbers; surround the homes of neighbours when the bailiffs come to put them on the street. How can the system function blocked by masses of people in locations of government and finance? Workers who provide essential services to government, police and financial institutions etc can refuse to do so until Orwellian laws and financial injustice are removed. This will affect the perpetrators and not loads of innocent people. Those in uniform, corrupt, or brainwashed by Common Purpose, love power and love to ‘follow orders’, and give orders, they are pawns in this game like the rest of us. It will enslave them as well. They are enslaving their children and children’s children. But they are so narcissistic they don’t even realise it. Like a ring of authority their uniform is borrowed power from the state, without which they are naked when they are no longer useful to the agenda. Because they’re in uniforms it’s ok for them to go around and rape the public financially, spiritually and emotionally. People who seek this power are mentally off kilter, police officers are given tests to screen for that mental instability to be corrupted. Members of HM British Army have said the people the army look for to recruit as mercenaries are psychopaths – violent killers. Innocent individuals are being shot before questioned. He said that a colleague of his was stopped by the police recently, and when he protested that their behaviour was aggressive, one of the constables turned to him and laughed and sneered, and actually said: “We are selected because we are aggressive”. These are the ones encouraged to join the Military and the police forces and keep getting recycled. There is documentary evidence that police when they are going to college are being trained using neuro-linguistics that makes them very cold and callous. Police officers are coming forward to Brian’s UK Column newspaper wanting to talk about what is happening in the techniques and methods used their training. From birth people have been conditioned to respect anyone in uniform without question. They just see the uniform. We’ve got to break out of this. Stand your ground and stop complying with this Draconian horror. We ought to get together local currency schemes so we can function outside the system. How would the system cope if we did all these things in indomitable numbers? For enough to do this those not immediately affected need to support those who are. We need to scrap the ‘I’m all right Jack’ attitude. They are seeking to enslave us all, not just particular groups which you don’t like. When you grass on your neighbor, when you turn on each other each group is picked off one by one. This is how it was done in Nazi Germany. Some people remember years ago rumblings about a ‘summer of discontent’. The head of the police branch dealing in public order warned of a possible 'Summer of Rage' over rising unemployment and an economic crash. Superintendent David Hartshorn of London's Metropolitan Police said that 'known activists' were planning to exploit the situation to mount mass protests - and he pointed to the G20 Summit in London in April as a likely target, along with banks. The London Sunday Express also reported that UK police and 'security' services were preparing to deal with rioting and – and it said that 'the chilling prospect of soldiers being drafted on to the streets has not been discounted ...' Many people warned a number of years ago that we would start to see violence on the streets. Some years ago a traffic warden was suddenly given a pace card from his boss. It gave him authority to do the work of police and enter property without permission! Confused, he asked ‘What have I been given this for? I don’t need this, I’m a traffic warden, I deal with parking tickets not this’. His boss wouldn’t tell him why he was given the card, just to put the card away and forget about it until further notice; and he was also told not to say anything. But a police officer friend explained it all to him. The officer told the traffic warden about a 'war', and that it was planned for sure at some point. The officer revealed that the government was preparing well ahead of time for coming civil unrest, that they were expecting mass protests and rioting in the streets. The police and the military were going to be so focused on dealing with this on the streets that other uniformed professions, such as traffic wardens, private security guards, CCTV operators and many others, were going to be brought forward to do the work normally done by police. And sure enough, the government announced that the profession of traffic warden was being modified to 'civil enforcement officers', and suddenly, dealing with traffic wasn’t their sole role any more. Then a few months down the line the government announced plans for a new group called 'accredited persons' - private security guards, CCTV operators and many others who would be given authority to do some of the work hitherto confined to the police. That traffic warden is today a 'civil enforcement officer', and what they are planning in the UK will be the case in every country - a world-wide web is orchestrating this agenda from a global blueprint. Riots are happening in Germany. There have been riots in Greece, partly economic in nature. About 120,000 people demonstrated in Dublin over the handling of the Irish economic crisis, and a million protestors have been on the streets in France. And we have UK oil refinery and power station workers launching a series of strikes in protest at the use of foreign workers. It’s been planned for a long, long time and thousands are warning now on the internet about what’s taking place. It’s now unfolding. We see a clear picture emerging of a plan for the UK’s recent riots that was carried out by people in the shadows for that nation’s own government. There could have been a separate cover-story excuse for it for those people who were needed to work on the preparations and weren’t to know the real reason behind it, but the real reason, as we now see, includes rioting after the financial collapse. And in reaction to the economic collapse people are falling for this, which the network behind the nation’s government have long known was coming because they were going to do everything they could to cause it. How could hundreds flock to the streets on the same day at the same time in a cluster of cities doing the same things, like the hive mind of Alfred Hitchcock’s birds? How did it spiral like this right across the country? On Westborne Grove, West London, as was reported in the local press and by witnesses, gangs of youths who are not from that particular area and therefore not normally in communication with one another, were co-ordinated enough to hire mini-buses to go there and kick in doors and windows of restaurants and pubs, notably the Ledbury Tavern, and they took wallets and jewellery, and took from people’s houses while the people were still in the houses, which is very unusual – and KNOWING there wasn’t going to be any police presence. How? More than 49 calls within 15 minutes went out to the police – but they were instructed to stay inside the station. Someone from above had told them to completely stand back. And youths that are on the road picking up on this programming and running with it, agitated by no hope of getting a job and being where it’s difficult to do things, are being drawn into thinking they are attacking the establishment by burning shops whilst they are doing none other than hurting their own community. Those who are doing the damage, the international bankers and the corrupt politicians that shield them aren’t hurt by torching the shops in your community! It just frees them to bring in more Draconian rules. They are working on introducing an absolute dictatorship: a police state. It was the plan to stir up civil unrest and rioting, and now the insiders are starting to put that thought into the public mind. Zbigniew Brzezinski told MSNBC: '... there's going to be growing conflict between the classes and if people are unemployed and really hurting, hell, there could be even riots!' ‘There could be riots’ is subliminal. It’s designed to communicate the theme on your subconscious - ‘go out and riot'. This power of suggestion masquerades as 'concern'. There is a document called ‘Known Unknowns: Unconventional 'Strategic Shocks' in Defence Strategy Development’ which made these ‘warnings’ by the US Army War College. It said this: ‘The military must be prepared for a 'violent, strategic dislocation inside the United States', in the light of 'unforeseen economic collapse. Widespread civil violence ... would force the defence establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security. An American government and defence establishment lulled into complacency by a long-secure domestic order would be forced to rapidly divest some or most external security commitments in order to address rapidly expanding human insecurity at home.’ The document talks of ‘purposeful domestic resistance’ and ‘pervasive public health emergencies’, and also ‘loss of functioning political and legal order’, and mentions the use of military force against hostile groups in the United States. These 'hostile groups' the document refers to will be the ‘dissidents’ mentioned, anyone who is challenges the dictatorship, verbally or any which way. Laws are in place to allow them to do it, which have been passed by governments around the world as 'anti-terror' legislation. A stream of unconstitutional presidential executive orders has been signed by presidents without oversight by either the House of Representatives or the Senate, which enable the state to activate these powers when martial law is declared - http://www.freedomfiles.org/war/fema.htm. They use the terms 'terror' and 'terrorist' ambiguously so these laws can be applied to everyone in the country. It has nothing to do with individual terrorists planting bombs. It’s an authority hoax. The ‘terrorism’ was carried out by the same forces who played the anti-terrorist card first to put laws into place to police the masses when those same forces then engineer a financial crash and new wars. These powers can move entire populations, detain citizens without a warrant, seize property and food, and freeze the US constitution. And the US military is seeking to spend another $6 million on 'riot equipment'. Of course none of it could have been ‘unforeseen’. Dennis C. Blair, Obama's Director of National Intelligence and Trilateral Commission member, said that the economic crisis could create civil unrest in the United States and around the world. He said the crisis was 'regime-threatening' if it continued over one or two years. (The manufactured crisis is designed to be much longer than that.) There are other establishment figures that have warned of unrest and rioting: they are the heads of the World Trade Organisation and the International Monetary Fund. That War College document said that the Department of Defence would be the 'enabling hub' for the 'continuity of political authority in a multi-state or nationwide civil conflict or disturbance'. That’s Orwell-speak for ‘the army’s going to police the country’. That will be every country. The UK government is also making cuts in their Armed Forces to deplete the army so they can bring in troops from overseas. There’s also a drive to get school leavers involved in the Forces as compliant fodder, brought up in this system, knowing no different, and push out the experienced guys who’ve the way life was before and who’d be able to work out that they are being shafted. We have to stay together and help each other. Keep things on a peaceful footing. If Martial law is brought in it will be more difficult to carry out lawful rebellion because it would heavily curtail truth seekers meeting in groups and having conferences, and switch off elements of the internet to shut them up, and put people in a camp for challenging the state. That said it will be possible to get info out to people in many other ways. Egypt showed us the old fashioned way of one person telling ten. By the way, Libya has recognised the rioters in the UK as the official UK government! Dennis C. Blair also says that there is a greater chance of war during economic turmoil, like in the wake of what is happening now. A letter is alleged to have been sent in 1871 by Albert Pike, the Sovereign Grand Commander of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in America, to Giuseppe Mazzini, an Italian Illuminati 'revolutionary'. In this letter, Pike is said to have detailed the background to three world wars planned to bring about global dictatorship. The first two happened as he predicted. About the third he states in these extracts of the letter: ‘'The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of the Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion...... We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm... ...then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries...... this manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time...".   Basically the plan is for economic and social catastrophe in which the people turn on each other in the engineered desperation, and all morality is buried in a mass battle thinking they have to survive. The word 'nihilism', used in the Pike letter, is defined in the dictionary as ‘Rejection of all distinctions in moral or religious value and a willingness to repudiate all previous theories of morality or religious belief’ and ‘ The belief that destruction of existing political or social institutions is necessary for future improvement’. The belief that destruction of existing political or social institutions is necessary for future improvement is Order out of Chaos, or Ordo Ab Chao. It’s to get people to riot all over the world to destroy the existing order, which they created but want to replace with another one , as in ‘new world order’, as a means to total global control. This means the demoralisation and breaking down of society and national governments and nation states to give an excuse to rebuild another more centrally controlled global power structure.
