An ominous monument looms over a barren knoll, on one of the highest hilltops in Elbert County in northeastern Georgia, America. It mysteriously appeared in 1980. Massive granite slabs weighing 20 tons apiece rise out of the earth in a star pattern supporting a capstone, as though quietly awaiting some impending doom. They are engraved with Ten Commandments, which are instructions in twelve languages on how to reconstitute civilization. In June 1979 a stranger walked into the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company identifying himself as R C Christian. That was not his real name, it became apparent. He announced a wish to build an edifice spelling out a message to humanity and said he represented a group of men wanting to offer direction to mankind. No one knows who this man was or who he represented to this day. The anonymous architects of this henge knew what they were doing: it is a highly engineered structure that flawlessly tracks the sun, and a hole was drilled in the Centre Stone so that the North Star could be viewed through it at any moment. It was a requirement for its construction. R C Christian was obsessed with the movement of the stars, sun and moon, which are often used in rituals. The Guidestones point to the unfolding of world events, their directives dealing with four major areas: 1) governance (namely establishing one-world government); 2) population and reproduction control; 3) the environment and man’s place in nature; and 4) spirituality. It is espousing some sort of occult philosophy. Commandment Number One stipulates: “Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature”. The last commandment says: “Be not a cancer on the earth – Leave room for nature - Leave room for nature”. To live in accordance with the first guideline of only 500 million people would require nine-tenths of the earth’s people to be exterminated. This edifice telegraphs the intent to depopulate the earth by more than 90%, which is a drastic reduction, using the green movement to do it; to establish a world government and promote a new spirituality. An occult hierarchy or covert group was behind the intentions in this covert message. The reference to establishing a world court means International Criminal Court, that is, a world police force, a one-world army under a one-world government. The reference to nature preservation points to the coming of the environmental movement that got going in the 90’s. The emphasis on ‘seeking harmony with the infinite’ reflects the phasing out of orthodox religions, and the new age movement evolving into a one-world religion. Dark spiritual forces are behind the covert occult groups. As though sensing some horror, several individuals have spray-painted the stones with “Death to the New World Order” and other slogans Dr Hovind on Depopulation. The second commandment says: “Guide reproduction wisely – improving fitness and diversity”. This is talking about eugenics. The Nazi connotations that had tainted the eugenics movement have been successfully dusted off, and it now dresses itself in moral environmental concerns to hide the true agenda. In December 1974 the US government made third world population reduction a central national security issue; a memorandum, the National Security Study Memorandum 200, regurgitated the British Commission on Population which was created by King George VI of England in 1944. It stated that populous third world nations were a threat to the international elite’s monopoly of global power. The US plan of Henry Kissinger targeted 13 key countries for a massive culling of population. Kissinger recommended that IMF and World Bank loans be given on condition and nations initiate aggressive population programmes such as sterilization, and that food be used as a weapon and to instigate wars. A eugenics policy was started in 1972 directed by George Herbert Walker Bush. He was ambassador to the UN. The China one-child policy came out of that and the forcible sterilizing more than 40% of Native American women. The Club of Rome (Bilderberg controlled) was behind the green movement as a wholesome façade to implement population reduction. Being packaged and sold as a way to save the planet made it palatable to people. The Club of Rome also concocted the peak oil scam. It was a means of creating artificial scarcity (see http://www.ianrcrane.co.uk/.); and the means to fund their planetary government has been acquired through this think-tank’s aggressive pushing of global carbon tax. In a document called the Global Biodiversity Assessment it states they must reduce the world’s population from 6 billion people down to around 1 billion. Race-specific bioweapons that Israel purchased in the mid 80’s, were developed in the 70s in South Africa to target blacks and Asians. They were described by Dick Cheney as politically useful tools in the Project for the New American Century, a document which came out in September 2000. Now they are pushing for a world-wide one child policy. The Chinese one was phased in gradually. It began in the sixties, and the penalty started off as just tax. Then they started imprisoning people for having more than one child later on. Now the same proposals to penalize couples who have more than one child are being made in the United States England and Europe. A Daily Mail article was headed ‘Families should have no more than two children – think-tank’ dated 11 July 2007 and another article dated 7May 2007 headed “Children ‘bad for planet’ “ said ‘Having large families should be frowned upon as an environmental misdemeanor in the same way as frequent long-haul flights, driving a big car and failing to reuse plastic bags, says a report to be published today”. A think-tank in the UK was behind this ideology. In 1998 Ted Turner pledged to give more than $1 billion to the UN to spend on the implementation of planet-wide population reduction policies. In an interview for Audubon Magazine he said that a population of 250-300 million people (a 95% reduction) would be ideal. In 1999 the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave $2.2 billion to the UN population fund Planned Parenthood and other population reduction groups. The Gates had given more than $30 billion to population control groups by 2007. The press reported that the Gates gave the money to ‘help third world children’. Their friend, population reduction enthusiast Warren Buffet, gave $37 billion to fund an army of population control groups. University of Texas biologist Dr Eric R Pianka said he actually thought the world would be much better when there are only 10 or 20% of us left. He got an award from the Texas Academy of Science while he actually said that the worldwide Aids pandemic was ‘no good, it’s too slow’. He went on to laud the virtues of ebola because it would kill 90% of the world’s population quickly (see http://www.lenhorowitz.com/ who has written books on Ebola and ‘Death from the Skies’, and http://www.sherrikane.com/). You’d expect he’d get some controversy for making statements like that and when he did he was defended by his graduate students who stated that Pianka was too conservative that ALL humans should be killed! Newspapers reported that 95% of the crowd of over 1000 prominent scientists, who attended Pianka’s speech, gave him a standing ovation every time he put forward the virtues of mass culling microbes and the destruction of Man. That’s scary. He has also quoted that China was ‘able to turn the corner and become the leading superpower because they have a police state and they are able to force people to stop reproducing’.
